When you know the reasoning behind your training, you can adapt intelligently when life gets in the way. And it will. That understanding turns a plan into a skill that outlasts the coaching relationship itself.

Thirteen years of training while managing a full-time corporate career — dealing with late nights, business travel, client dinners, and all the moments that derail most people. That experience is the foundation of everything I build.

Every plan includes a coach's notes section. Why this split, why this loading, what to focus on in the first four weeks. You're not just following instructions.

Honest, not comfortable

You're paying for genuine progress, not for someone to soften the weeks you didn't follow through. If adherence is the issue, I'll say so. If the plan needs adjusting, we adjust it.

Your daily calorie and macro targets are calculated from your total energy needs — your size, age, activity at work, and training load. Whether you want flexibility or more structure, the nutrition side adapts to real life, not a textbook diet.

Fill Out Your Intake
Covering training history, goal, nutrition, lifestyle, and equipment. Takes about 10 minutes. The quality of your answers directly shapes the quality of the plan.

I Review Everything
Before a single exercise is written, I read through your intake in full. If anything is unclear — particularly around injuries or schedule constraints — I follow up directly before starting.

Your Plan Is Built
From scratch, for you. Training split, progression scheme, calorie and macro targets, meal structure, and a coach's notes page explaining the thinking behind it. Delivered within 5 business days.

Onboarding Call
Once your plan is delivered, we schedule a short call to walk through it together — the training structure, the nutrition targets, and what to prioritise in the first two weeks. Starting with clarity makes everything that follows more effective.

I work full-time — will this actually fit around my schedule?+
Yes, and this is something I understand from direct experience. Over a decade of training alongside a full-time corporate career means I know what it's actually like to train after a long day, adapt when travel disrupts the week, or navigate a diet plan around client dinners. The plan is built around the hours and energy you actually have — not an idealised version of your schedule.
Do I need to already be training regularly?+
No. Whether you're returning after a long break or haven't trained seriously before, the plan is built around where you are now. What matters is genuine commitment, not an existing level of fitness. Your experience level and available equipment are both covered in the intake.
What if something in the plan doesn't suit me?+
If an exercise genuinely doesn't work — due to injury, equipment, or movement limitations — it gets swapped. If something in your diet/nutrition plan doesn't suit you, we find an alternative that works equally well. The Blueprint includes one revision within the first two weeks. Blueprint+ and Full Coaching include ongoing adjustments throughout. What I can't adjust around is low adherence — which is why I'm direct about expectations from the start.
When will I start seeing results?+
That depends on too many individual factors to answer in a meaningful way upfront — your starting point, your consistency, your sleep quality, your stress levels, and how closely you follow the nutrition side of things. What I can tell you is that the plan is built to produce results, and during our onboarding call I'll give you an honest assessment of what's realistic for your specific situation. Anyone who gives you a definitive number of weeks before even seeing your intake is guessing.
Will I need supplements or specialist equipment?+
No. The plan works around what you already have access to. Supplement recommendations are kept minimal — only what has genuine evidence behind it. No affiliates, no products to push.
How does payment work?+
After submitting your intake, I'll reach out directly on WhatsApp or Instagram with a payment link via Wise or Revolut. Both work across Europe without additional fees. I start building once payment is confirmed.
